“It was very lovely, right by the beach, and close to all the restaurants. ”

“Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice.”

“It was comfortable. The price was right. Feel like the property needs some maintenance. Communications needs to be a little more clear as it was a bit confusing to find our suit as it wasn’t a room inside. It was like what is meant to be a store space and it was repurposed for a suite. I loved the location and access ”

“Isolated lodge in lovely rural setting. Friendly manager, comfortable room and excellent breakfast, perfect for a one night or short stay. Would use again if visiting that area.”

“The place was roomy and spacious, way better then a hotel! Two of the beds weren't made, no apology was given and they insisted on interrupting our trip to come and make the beds after I said please dont. I probably wouldnt even bother to write this review had there been a sincere apology, I mean things happen right...Also the king bed was way too hard and there was glass doors on the den without curtains so you could not have privacy in that room. I think it could be way better if some things……

“老板娘是宁波人，虽然一直说我们预订的便宜，但还是给我们免费升级了湖景房。房子蛮大的，一个二室一厅，一个三室一厅，还有阳台，可以看到哈里森湖，风景不错。楼下的车库要收费，附近有个温泉泳池，10刀/小时，也有中餐厅。”

“The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. ”

“There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me. There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response was fast and helpful thorough the trip. My request for the discount rate was considered by email, and I will check my visa to make sure it is deducted. Access to the fob or keys were a bit……
