“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

Ella, nos mostró una nueva habitación y quería estar segura que estaríamos satisfechos, siempre demostró amabilidad y respeto! Gracias por contar con personas como ella, que realizan un excelente trabajo y tienen la mejor atención para el cliente.”

“Es un lugar muy bonito los apartamentos están muy confortables, algo muy especial para mi fue la limpieza, las personas que lo atienden son muy amables y respetuosas, el edificio es muy bonito y tiene un patio con asador. El único pero es que no tiene piscina. Por lo demás es 10 de 10”

“The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. “Not great insulation. We could hear the people in the next room who didn’t seem to be being loud. TV noise and general conversation sounded like they were happening in our room. ”
