“They Only clean rooms upon request! I figured that out after this first day after discovering my room was never cleaned when I returned to it! So I requested it to be cleaned the 2nd day only to return to only clean towels the bed was never made and sheets were never changed! I was there on business and had a five night stay not once was my bed made or sheets ever changed during the 5 night stay.”

“The property was good, clean , staff and food. My only complaint is trying to locate the ice machine and microwave. They should consider putting a microwave in the room and making the ice machine more accessible.”

“I was in town for medical appts at UAMS, the staff here was amazing and empathetic. They have a car service for medical transport. You can leave your car and not stress about finding parking. I would love it if they bought new pillows, theirs were lumpy. ”
