“The front desk staff was wonderful. I draw a blank on names but it was 2 super kind women. We have stayed in the area multiple times and never have been treated with such kindness, accommodation coming from a hotel staff. They’re usually rude. They noticed that me and my in laws were together, and put us next to each other. The hotel was clean, convenient and great area for breakfast. Love the pool is open late. ”

“Courtyard Marriott Toledo West, Room 328: Satisfactory experience. Nine (9) day stay. (No housekeeping service requested.) Clean and quiet, generally restful sleep beyond the late-night/wee-hours activity on Friday/Saturday night(s). Heating/cooling was comfortable. Microwave and mini-fridge worked well. Tub/shower/water temp was perfect. My son found the gym to be roomy and clean, well equipped with a good assortment of machines and free weights. Minor complaints: First night [May 1],……

“This was a whole month stay for us and we cannot find a complaint about anything even if we wanted. We wish to particularly praise the helpful and friendly stuff at breakfast (miss Bee) and behind the counter. We shall stay in this hotel in future.”

“Suite was large, very clean, valet was prompt and helpful. Air conditioning wasn’t working but the gentleman working front desk did bring me a box fan to help. Also saw them giving out free bottle of cool water to help cool guests. ”
