“Very comfortable stay which I extended due to the post cyclone weather. Walking distance about 200m to main street shops and restaurants which is handy when parking difficult due to school holidays. Modern room and bathroom with heated towel rail. ”

“Amazing attention to detail for a specail retreat. Enjoyed the fire, views, quiet and spa. Nice to have an electric lazyboy and smart tv. Cooking facilities are good. Bathrrom os lovely. Blinds could be improved, getting a little tired but servicable enough. A fabulous relaxing stay, i have recommeded to friends, and I'm keen to return myself!”

“The host Adrian is amazing, friendly and informative in places to see and do. The Carriage House is well equipped with everything for a self catering holiday, plus washing machine and dryer. Adrian showed us all his vintage cars and horse carriages. Lions Brewery harnesses marked with emblem and the original wagon has pride of place.. I loved the Gypsy van❤️ Adrian has his first car on hand with others- White Ghost Rolls Royce sparkling like new . It was a great honour to view these cars and……

“I really liked the room. Huge bed. I appreciated the ranch slider with a deck looking out into the forest. Very beautiful It almost felt like I was in a different country. Although a little dated, the room was well appointed and very clean. The only down side for me was the light from outside, even with the blind down the room was quite light. That could be a real plus for some people. Great communication and I’d be really happy to stay again. ”
