“I loved that it was very resort like with plenty of fun family things to do (even for our 17 & 20 year old) when we just wanted to kick back at the hotel. I didn't love that while we were there they scheduled fire alarm testing/maintenance, lazy river work (potential water outage), and TV cable work (that required someone coming into our room). I understand maintenance needs to be done, and actually love that they do that, but schedule one thing per week or something like that so different……

“The staff were all amazing ! Very friendly and helpful. Front reception service was great and efficient. Room services were awesome. The facility services manager (Celina) was exceptionally friendly, resourceful and accommodating. She answered many of our questions about the area and gave us great guidance. “The home was lovely, comfortable and clean. It was in a relatively new area which was nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided. Overall a wonderful place, I would definitely stay again.”

“Staying there was like something out of a horror movie. We are quite used to low priced budget motels but nothing prepared us for the filth, disrepair, and BUGS. I went to dry my hands on a hand towel hanging on the wall, and there was a giant 2 inch roach on the wall behind it, scaring the crap out of me. We saw other giant roaches as well as many cockroaches, ants, spiders, various types of bugs. We were waiting for our property to close escrow and had paid for a block of time in advance……

“Awesome home. Beautiful neighborhood. The golf cart was fun, as was the hot tub. Cleanliness was an issue in several areas of the home to include the hot tub. Also, we were a bit disappointed to find out the heated pool came with an additional cost. The home listing literally begins with “Heated Pool”. That does partially land on me for not double checking fine print. Our experience may have just been a fluke, the owners were awesome and very responsive. ”

The house was very clean, every room was stocked with the items needed and the availability to reach out if we had questions was helpful! “We loved the property! Was comfortable for us and both sets of grandparents. Everybody had enough space and 2.5 baths came in handy. The unit is in great shape and very convenient to the west side of San Antonio. Only concerns were the neighborhood gates seem to stay open 24/7 and the backyard neighbors stayed up talking till 3 AM on Friday night loud enough to feel like they were in the same room.”
