“我們花了每晚USD$230左右的住宿費，但得到的卻是如同motel般的服務！雖然號稱是度假村，但基本上這裡提供的服務是0!! 所有東西都是自助的，沒有vallet parking，沒有room service，連美日的清掃服務都沒有(需額外花費才能擁有清掃服務)。若expedia在訂房時有告知這一點，我想我不會選擇這個飯店！相同的住房價格在Lahaina或是Kaanapali beach附近可以住到很不錯的三至四星度假村！可以享有更好的服務！”

“On the beach practically. Good options of food nearby. Grocery store nearby. But would suggest hitting the costco before driving to the property. A food truck park is right next door with variety of options. Property is a bit on the older side but overall neat and clean. Plenty of parking on premise. No restaurant onsite but can goto food truck park or other close by restaurants including the ones in resort next door. ”

“The location was an hour away from the airport. However the drive was scenic and quiet. Some traffic depending on time and day of the week. The location was clean. The pool was small and had enough seating and resting benches. The view to the ocean was beautiful. No beach. We used the Gas bbq twice. It was clean and easy to use. ”

“This property and vacation was everything I had hoped for. The two units fit our family of 11 (8 adults and 3 children) perfectly. We had a bedroom for each couple and one for the kids. The views are amazing and we watched turtles pass by the balcony 24/7. One turtle decided to beach himself right under our balcony for the afternoon. We saw whales, dolphins, and even a monk seal stopping by to check out the turtle. The only thing missing was one of the parking passes but a simple phone call……

“The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. I do think the condo needs a little upgrade to bring it into 2021. Fixture and furniture was older and the living room twin bed was not comfortable. Patio was so cute and very secluded with large beautiful trees. ”

“The location was great as Kaanapali always has breezes for cooling and this condo has access to both a public beach to the left of the building and a private beach to the right. Also Kaanapali has great infrastructure so no fear of flooding.Grounds and pool are very well maintained by Monday to Friday manager who works those days and on the weekend an onsite owner.Got to see turtles very close up on the beach eating seaweed off the coral, saw monk seal catching and eating fish off shore and lots……

“Very nice and quiet. We loved the pool area and our corner condo on the 4th floor has the nicest view of the ocean. We were able to fit 6 people in the 2 bedroom one. Great service! ”

“Check in was really easy. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of pots and pans to cook with when we didn’t eat out. ”

“Pro:The facility is quiet, staff is helpful and responsive. The unit is updated and clean Con: Traffic noise is loud all night. The unit does not have a view and does not get any sun. There is no oven. The unit is located on the 4th floor. The only elevator is a distance away. it is easier to walk up the 4 flights rather than making the trek to the elevator ”
