The staff was knowledgeable of area and gave us places that usually only locals go to and we very much appreciated their references. “Staff did not know how to check in for a 3rd party reservation. Charged me $100 deposit 6 times! Plus charged an undisclosed $7 parking fee. Had to call manager to get sorted out. She was nice enough. But not experienced enough to be left alone. ”

“Nice property adjacent to Arundel Mills mall and very convenient to BWI. Room was spacious and clean with full kitchen. Rooms need USB charging ports. Toilet was not flushing properly. Free breakfast was adequate but not great. Adequate for a one night stay.”

“It's comfortable but the check in and check out process experience is the worst I had ever stayed before. They can't find my booking record and explain it's hotel.com's fault. We spent a lot of time to confirm the booking record. And then, after I checked out, I found they charged me additional fee $2700 but I don't know why. When I would like to ask them why the fee happened, I received the refund message from my credit card bank. I am not an american, so the credit card bank would charge me……
