“We were greeted by Patricia and she was both welcoming and knowledgeable about the historic property. We had some cleanliness issues and Patricia moved us to a new room. We had to overlook some cleanliness issues with the bathtub in the second room and only used the shower. Housekeeping has such an important role and they need to better understand the impact they have on guests. ”

“Wow! What an amazing place. I highly recommend Marriott SurfWatch. We had a 3 bedroom condo and Plenty of room for everyone. We had a view of the lake and fountain. Very peaceful, clean and comfortable beds. 5 star!”

“I loved that it was nice relaxing getaways but still had options as far as games and other events happening if i wanted to take part. Definitely will be planning a trip back with the entire family.”

“The room was spacious and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly. There were some minor cosmetic things like chipping paint. The dishwasher was not secured and tipped each time we opened it. It was also very noisy when it ran and the dishes did not all come clean.”

“Perfect. Beautiful resort and really lovely unit. We had a 3 bedroom and it is huge. Was able to host our Christmas get together and the views are beautiful. Can’t imagine a negative comment…”
