“It was worth the money just to get an owner like Ian Budd who cares enough about your stay to go the extra mile to give you a TON of information about your surroundings! Places to go, things to do and to educate so you will not unknowingly disrespect the nature of your surroundings like the Loggerhead Sea Turtles. “We had such a great time at the Villa. The condo was beautiful and the check in process was so easy. So much to see and do on the island from biking, walks on the beach, and amazing restaurants. Our host was extremely helpful throughout our stay and we definitely hope to come back. ”

“This rental is very clean , maybe too clean, we slipped a couple of times on the waxed floors! so be careful. Everything is well marked per the owners expectations of use so you have clear directions. We enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, beautiful windows letting in light, older living room furniture not the most comfortable but we were able to relax. Having the use of the golf cart was wonderful to go to the beach and all the things in the beach closet. Just be careful in selecting your……

“This was a fantastic location close to the beach/marsh but very quiet on a dead end road. It was a great base for our daily activities. Great property!The condo was comfortable and very well outfitted. ”

“Villa was wonderful. Top floor spiral stairs a bit too much for elderly but otherwise no problem. Location to beach was great. Host Paul was always available and ready to take care of anything that came up before and during our visit. All in all a great time.”
