“入住時付了費加一張小童床，外出回來後，加床消失了！晚上完全沒有服務員！完全不知道為何加床消失了？理論後前台給了一間環境很差的單人房！到第二天才把床重新再加！莫名其妙，又沒有解釋原因！”

“浴室老舊沒有抽風機只能打開對走廊的窗戶，走廊是鏤空的整棟建築物看起來像美國老舊汽車旅館，從一進房房間跟浴室都是霉味，房間潮濕被子蓋起來濕濕涼涼，暖氣沒什麼作用，因為是附屬樓所以也沒人可以處理這些問題，房間也沒電話可以讓你打給櫃檯，因為這棟建築物只有兩樓外面就是草地，所以雖然我住二樓還是有在房間看到蟲子”

“Didn't know a nursing home is included till we saw many elders but it's fine. 30 sec from the bus station and the hotel will give you a free bus card. Very convenient to get to train station then other cities. ”

“It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.”

“酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。”

“One day, i was too late to come back to the hotel and found i forgot the access card in the room. I was locked outside of this hotel. I pressed the button on the wall for help. A staff member of them came to open the door for me in twenty minutes without scolding me and making any complaints. I appreciated her help.🙂 ”
