“Older hotel situated in carefully tended gardens with spectacular views of the sea. Bathrooms are small but clean. The restaurant is open for breakfast buffet and dinner and the food and staff were great. Lots of local seafood. Excellent wine list with many Ischia wines. Situated out of Ischia Porto town so a car is advisable if you want to explore the island. Front desk arranged a taxi tour of the island with Filippo who speaks some English and he showed us much of the beauty of this special……

“The Hotel Terme Oriente was an excellent choice for our 5 day vacation on Ischia. The location was good with accessibility to many shops and restaurants. An especially attractive feature was the thermal spa, which allowed for several relaxing experiences as well as swimming in the warm water outdoor pool. ”

“Personal war freundlich . Wellnessbereich ungepflegt zB. Toilette kaputt, zuwenig Wasser im Whirlpool oft keine ausreichende Beleuchtung. Das Frühstück war oftmals nicht ausreichend, es wurde nicht nachgelegt. Die Zimmer etwas klein jedoch der Balkon schön. Die Türklinke zum Bad war kaputt sowie der Toilettendeckel. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage war prima.”

“Our family of four were bumped to another hotel with no explanation. The replacement hotel (Cleopatra) though friendly-staffed was worn down, almost twice as far from anywhere, had sub-standard breakfast and a dirty pool. We were given the most remote rooms in an almost completely empty hotel. Would have been a great location for a spooky film. I don't know what relation Pineta management had with Cleopatra. Make sure you have a good cancellation policy before engaging with these folks.”

“Hotel in cui tornerei sicuramente per un altro soggiorno a Ischia. Raggiungibile a piedi dal porto in 15 minuti, lontano dal macello della via principale, fronte spiaggia (piú o meno a 5 metri di distanza da stabilimenti e spiaggia libera). Colazione ottima con scelta al buffet ma servizio al tavolo. Unica piccola pecca per qualcuno che dovesse essere particolarmente pretenzioso, camera piccolina e non tanto insonorizzata. Grazie anche al personale ottimo 👍”

“Piscina sporchissima con motori del filtraggio non funzionanti, una struttura caldissima e afosa e mi è stato chiesto di pagare 10€ al giorno per avere il climatizzatore in camera, non potevo farne a meno visto che l’aria era irrespirabile, al check-in tutti gentili mentre al checkout per chiedere di rimanere una borsa a tracollo da donna all’interno della reception mi hanno risposto: MA CHE STIAMO ALLA RESINA!! subito a discriminare Napoli, non ci andrò più ”

“One of the worst experience we have in a hotel. Furniture is rather old, the shower stall is small and its base leaks water. We had floods after our showers. We noticed small insects on our first night and thought that was isolated incidents. The second day we found the "headquarter" of the ants under the table. It is not a decent hotel at all, it is a only a "so so" hostel. ”

“Hyggelig familiedrevet hotell, fin beliggenhet med gangavstand til det meste. Vi bestilte og bodde på ett av 3 comfortrom med stor terrasse, det ga høy verdi til et dobbeltrom som forøvrig ikke var så stort. Litt avhengig av hvem som bodde på de 2 andre comfortrommene, da terrassene lå på rekke uten noe høyt skille mellom, Siste natten vår kom det 2 par som satt ute og røyket tidlig og sent. Hard seng. Stort bad i gammel standard. Vi fikk nye deilige frottehåndklær og renhold hver dag. Fikk også……
