“The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again.”

“Trevligt hotell med egen restaurang. Ägarna kommer från Italien, så det finns en italiensk touch på maten. Hotellet ligger bra till, för Zittau är en liten stad.”

“Super friendly and welcoming staff... particularly Natalie at reception. Breakfast spread was quite diverse, delicious and satisfying. Our son is a professional volleyball player for Dukla Liberec, and the arena was very convenient to get to... thanks for the wonderful stay!”

“Sauber, Ordentlich, Zweckmäßig auch für Tagesreisende. Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt leider nicht täglich und am Wochenenede gar nicht. Frühstück ist ausreichend aber vor 8:15 Uhr das totale chaos. Mittagessen und Abendessen sind im vergleich zu umliegenden fußläufigen Gaststätten doch sehr teuer. Speisekarten gibt es auch in Deutsch, Wenn man als Familie kommt kann man auch in den Gasträumen Spiele und Karten spielen. Ab 11 Uhr sind die Gasträume mit Kellnerinnen besetzt die……

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome.”
