“Everything was great just a few upgrades needed as far as the elevator and also the cement outside of the hotel was a bit slippery due to rain other than that great stay thank you ”

“The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.”

“I wanted an adventure to a new hotel and the rock hotel was definitely a great adventure. There’s a restaurant on site and a bar that are both very nice and I used both of them. The hotel has some nice amenities, including a really nice pool area that I got some use out of. It was definitely a very nice trip and the rock hotel was definitely worth it.”

“Staff exceptional; friendly, competent. helpful. Only problem was door to the room which was faulty, not fitting well, had to slam it hard to get it shut.”

“Just stayed for 3 nights and everything was great. The first night our room was very warm as the AC did not seem to be working correctly, I reported it to the desk and it was fixed by the next afternoon when we returned to the room. Breakfast was ok and the pool was smaller than we expected but everything was super clean and every staff member we interacted with was very nice and helpful. Would stay again.”
