“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. “We stayed in a cottage, and the it was a wonderful experience. Incredibly comfortable, and spacious. The grounds are just magical, and breathtaking. We will come back, and stay longer than two nights. Beautiful property, and so much outdoors activities to enjoy in Gainesville. Breakfast was delicious, and abundant. ”
