“Hôtel impossible à trouver, car la bonne adresse et le bon numéro de téléphone ne figurent pas sur le site Expedia. Leur bâtiment a été détruit et ils n'arrivent pas à changer l'adresse sur le site, leur téléphone n'était plus attribué et nous n'avons reçu que leur dernier message au dernier moment, alirs que nous allions payer un autre hôtel. Expérience très stressante. Le lit était trop dur et nous avons eu très mal au dis le matin.”

“The hotel location listed at Expedia is wrong. It used a popular tourist destination, but it is actually located 63Km far away, a different county. The hotel facility itself is fine, but just a misleading of its location. Who will be happy to stay in a hotel that is nothing related to its listed location?”

“The receptionist barely spoke english and did not seem very keen to try and communicate with us, but with a translator app it worked out alright. The rooms are a bit shabby-looking, the carpet was very worn-down and the windows were really dirty aswell. But overall, the room was really big and the beds were comfortable (in comparison to most places in China). The hotel also provided little sanitary packs and towels. The location is okay, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center of……

“Hotel très bien décoré et chambre spacieuse. Nous avons vraiment regretté que le personnel ne parlent pas du tout anglais et qu'aucune note en anglais sur les services de l'hôtel ne soit disponible.”

“Well it is old so you will not get all the mod ins. We were there at winter and the electric blankets provided were essential. So in winter it is cold. It is however full of character and the staff very helpful with English spoken at least to a basic level. So for an authentic experience well worth it. They also helped us get a car to the mountain which was great value.”
