“飯店設備很新, 服務人原客氣有禮. 但房間內沒有冰箱, house keeping 打掃有點馬虎, 很多地方沒做 (杯子沒洗, 茶包沒補充). 訓練與考核待加強.”

“it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart.”

“おそらくこの地域においてはよい方の施設と思ってます。 ただ、廊下で工事や清掃している音がうるさかったり、邪魔であったりしました。 室内は良く清掃してもらっていたと思います。 でも冷蔵庫は作動しませんでした。 ドアの立て付けが悪く、鍵を閉めるのに苦労しました。 スタッフのみなさんは、リスペクトをもって接してくれていたと思います。”
