Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. “Right in the middle of Kinsale but without the noise and crowds you would expect. The managers were helpful and proactive a lot time of check in. Fantastic coffee with an easy Nespresso machine plus refrigerator, spa-like towels, lots of outlets and a fan. Never met the owner/manager but spoke several times over the phone and felt we’ll taken care of”
