“Positive surprise. It's still new, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Gym would need maintenance for equipment. Only one pub in walking distance but taxis are around. Thanks for Emmanuella and Vera in lobby, and Priscilla cleaning my space. I would come again!”

“My stay at Ramat Luxury Hotel was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to future guests. The road leading to the property is in terrible condition—our driver damaged his suspension and exhaust trying to reach the hotel. Transport to and from the area was difficult at all times of day, often leaving us waiting by the roadside for up to an hour. The hotel fell short of the luxury it advertised. On arrival, I found ripped sheets, and the fridge wasn’t working until the manager got it……
