“It was impossible to regulate the temperature in the room. If the thermostat was on heat whether set at 65 or 75 the room temp would jump to 85. Turning the heat off when -20 outside not an option so spent the night adjusting thermostat every 45-60 minutes! Ugh!”

“Easy to get around in the skyway, nice pool, steam room & sauna. Hot tub was so so. Bed wasnt very comfortable. It sloped down towards the pillow and was sagging underneath. Staff was all very nice.”

“The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet - except when the medical helicopter would land at the hospital across the street. Very nice breakfast with a good variety of selections. The potatoes were only slightly above room temp on a few days. Our shower only got warm water. Bathroom vanity had a faucet issue at times. Overall the room was clean and comfortable and located in a convenient area. Be aware of the parking cost of $15/ day. ”
