“The Hotel was extremely clean only thing seemed like the restaurant had limited food selection and the ice maker on the fifth floor broken but otherwise it was perfect”

“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”

“The Sturgis House was beautiful and the staff was terrific. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night and had to get up early to get over to the Fiesta tent sale. Next time we’ll stay an extra night. :-)”
