“First family ski trip with 3 and 5 year olds. Fantastic place to stay. Straight into nursery slopes and ski school from ski room door. Easy to get back to with young children. Reception staff very helplful. Lovely meal in the restaurant. We will be booking same again for next year. ”

“MERIBEL 12/25/24- We MOST HEARTILY RECOMMEND a stay at Résidence Pierre & Vacances Les Ravines, in the district of “Les Allues” but do not be confused, this is in the very heart of Meribel, not the village of Les Allues!!! You could not ask for a better location for your stay to ski and explore the 3 Vallees. Although the reception is not open all day, the hours are not really inconvenient, they are open in the morning and in the afternoon, best of all if you are arriving when the reception is……

“Advice for those booking: 1. Hotel name does not match the listing here. It is “Balambra Hotel Les Menuries” 2. The “Les Bruyeres” bus stop is right outside so really easy for accessing other parts of Les menuries if you’d like to by bus or if an airport transfer drops you off at the Gare routière. Review: This hotel was a great place for my first time in Les Menuries. I was nervous going as an American but I was able to do everything I wanted despite not knowing really much French at all.……

“Great location and able to ski to slopes with young children. Ski hire and shops within complex. Lockers on same floor making it a lot easier to get ready in the morning. Apartment had everything we needed for the week. Will return.”

“Perfect flat for our family’s skiing holiday. ”

“Très bon accueil. Chambre un peu petite mais très agréable. Service superbe avec beaucoup de sourire. Très bien situé dans le village. ”

“Hôtel bien situé. Salle de séjour avec bar et billard bien sympa. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon. Il faudra peut-être rajouter une deuxième machine à café car une seule n'arrive pas à répondre au besoin. Plusieurs minutes d'attente.”

“A clean building with friendly and close to town...shops beneath and everything you would need in close proximity. Only negative was that you could hear everything that was going on outside and people in the flats next to you, above you and beneath you but utterly was relatively quiet and not really a trouble.”

“Excellent location. Excellent value for money. The best 2 bartenders in the world (shoutout to George and Freddie for the exceptional service and sharing yoir drink making artistry!). Nice to be able to book a private 30 min hot tub (would be great if it was a touch hotter and a little less bubbly!) the themed dinner nights were excellent and the food very good. We opted for the half board which was excellent value (even considering we opted for one night out at Les Coursives in Meribel village……

“I've stayed in a few places in Meribel. This was one of the best. Rooms are quite small, but ours came with a balcony and nice bathroom. The hotel is opposite the main lifts in Meribel centre. The hotel also (and I would say unusually) has an amazing heated outdoor pool, with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi (wasnt working). Breakfast was really good as well. Compared to other 3/4*'s in Meribel, this place was good value considering all the amenities. Will try and stay again if I go back to……

“Excellent location with close piste access, buses, and nearby shopping and restaurants. Having to provide our own TP and trash bags was a hassle. Sheets were well worn and had holes, but overall it's a good value for the location and the staff were friendly.”

“Séjour agréable car l’hotel est bien situé, sur les pistes (sur la piste Perdrix). Equipe tres aimable et accueillante. Cependant, la Wifi ne marche pas… stratégie économique ou panne réelle? Aucune explication fournie… Petit déjeuner très décevant, viennoiseries industrielles de mauvaise qualité, pas de fruits frais, couvert non mis, obligé de quémander tasses, couverts et assiettes. Conclusion, prix très excessif pour la prestation. ”

“Отоичный отель.соотношение цена-качество. Отель новый,персонал молодой и очень отзывчивый. Изначально поселили в номер на 1 этаже без вида,нам не очень понравился.на следующий день сами предложили переселить в номер с видом горы. В номерах тепло/пол подогревается. Есть все необходимое. Отличные завтраки/много горячего. В отеле прекрасный коктейльный бар с камином. Ски аут-надо немного пройти пешком(метров 100). Ски ин-прямо в отель. Обязательно вернёмся к вам.”
