“We had a wonderful stay at The Old Bank House. Lovely staff, beautiful room, comfortable bed, spacious space in the heart of Kinsale. Our breakfast was the best we had in Ireland. ”

“We had a wonderful experience in Cork. The hotel had everything that we needed. Since this was our third destination on the trip, we badly needed to do some laundry and the hotel has some excellent provision for that. The room was well equipped with a fridge and kitchenette. The location is excellent. The Moxy's bar next door has some awesome drinks and live music. The hotel is close to everything (pretty much). The breakfast is great. The staff is wonderful. Strongly recommend. ”

“The staff was awesome and place was great. Views fantastic. Lots of hills to walk but worth the walk. Must be European thing but no wash clothes in bathroom but none of my hotels have had them. One downside is although there is off site parking it is a difficult parking lot. Overall i was very pleased ”

“It is located in downtown Kinsale, so everything is within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows. A small thing, but important - the body wash etc bottles in the shower are in large print for those of us with glasses. The room had a nice fragrance and was very clean and organized. It is convenient to Old Head Golf Course - my reason for staying.”

“Very easy check in and check out system. Super large room and bathroom. Parking right outside. Great communication. Perfect location for restaurants etc in Kinsale. Great breakfast in the Cosy Cafe and Lemon Leaf. ”

“Dave was warm, welcoming and very helpful about the area. Our room was outfitted well for a guest house. There was a small lounge on the 2nd floor for our use, as well. Great water pressure in the shower. The bed was slightly too firm for my comfort but my husband loved it. ”

“The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel.”
