“Very nice and clean”

“Housekeeping was a disaster. They clean every 2 days. We arrived Friday. They picked up and made beds Sunday. On Tuesday at 4 the room hadn't been cleaned yet. We had to do to the front desk and ask them to clean. We were put out while they cleaned. Thursday was supposed to be a full turn down. The house keepers didn't clean and even went so far as to put a do not disturb sign on our door!!!! Also unrelated to the specific hotel but booking through orbits will not get you hilton points. ……

“- The pics you can find online are great and what led me to reserve a room. And then I arrived! The room where I slept has a window facing East. The view is the same as the uploaded pic, taken from the back porch. To truly enjoy the landscape, have Mike give you directions to the bottom of the overlook. Whoa! - Mike and Mirtha area lovely couple, attentive, and great conversationalists. They also grant quiet privacy and still quickly meet every request they can. - The interior is so beautifully……
