“The hotel was overbooked but the Manager of the Hotel Joseph contacted us in advance to inform about the situation and offered to book us in at a Home stay. Since we were going only for the weekend, I accepted the offer. The rooms at Home stay were spacious with a good view. For all the trouble Joseph offered us a comp fire place which we enjoyed as it gets cold over night in Coorg. Overall a wonderful experience of staying at Home stay and Thanks to Joseph for arranging everything as……

“While booking hotel room it very clearly said hotel will provide 2 water bottles and hot water . However, after check-in nothing like water bottles when initially asked was denied and then after complaining next day 2 bottles were provided. Hot water is not 24hrs so we had to wait for hot water. Rooms and hotel actual state and picture provided at time of booking is just opposite. I don’t recommend this to any people traveling with family or friends ”

“Very pathetic and worst experience. Management of hotel not responsible for anything. I had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights for family stay as I got fooled by the pics shared on hotels.com website and reviews. I reached hotel at around 3 o clock in night and my rooms were not ready even I had informed beforehand that I will be coming by that time. They provided me already used and dirty blanket, bed sheets and pillow covers. It was clearly visible that they hadn't cleaned rooms after last……
