“Unclean and staff unfriendly except the receptionist (Asmina). The breakfast was atrocious, no choice, untasty execeptional delay as there was only 1 person catering to all guests ”

“The property is quite close to the city and hence makes it very easy for dinning, shopping and viewing various spots. On the downside I felt the sheets are not clean with lots of stains. Though the breakfast is good, they make you feel like you are eating a lot and we haven't paid for it and question to make us feel guilty, was a bit embarrassing. Parking is not easy, they will keep calling at way too unusual hours like 11pm to move the car as they don't have enough space.”

“While booking hotel room it very clearly said hotel will provide 2 water bottles and hot water . However, after check-in nothing like water bottles when initially asked was denied and then after complaining next day 2 bottles were provided. Hot water is not 24hrs so we had to wait for hot water. Rooms and hotel actual state and picture provided at time of booking is just opposite. I don’t recommend this to any people traveling with family or friends ”

“We did not have an amazing experience at Tamara Coorg. We initially felt that the front staff were extremely disengaging, slightly defensive on some of the feedback we were providing them. 1)food was deplorable. We come from a place of having been to other 5 or 7 star places in India and globally. 2) bathroom cleanliness, stains not up to par with 5 star standards. Our customer service point of contact Raziq made it better with constant engagement and trying to fix everything for us. 3) food……

“Approach road very narrow and 11 Kms from Main road. No WiFi at hotel. Mobile connectivity not there. Walkie Talkie is provided for communication with staff. Safety is a major concern. No senior staff was there throughout our stay. Service is very good,which is one of the few plus points.”
