“Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was mostly clean, the bathroom floor could have been cleaned a little better and we didn’t have any conditioner. There were 2 lotions and a shampoo, I’m guessing it was a mistake. The pool had too much chlorine, even though I showered immediately after swimming (only in the pool maybe 30 minutes) my skin was so dry and itchy. “The location, lobby, and bar of the hotel are terrific--the location is convenient and the public areas of the hotel are inviting and comfortable. The check-in/check-out area is cramped. The rooms are small but well appointed. No coffee maker in the rooms was a disappointment, though coffee is available at no charge in the lobby. Also no closets in the rooms, which seems to be a trend in new hotels.”

“The hotel/room itself was fine - the carpet in the hallways was very loose on the 4th floor and could potentially be hazardous for people with disabilities. Everything worked and was clean, so no complaints there. I do have to sing the staff's praises because I accidentally left valuable jewelry in our room and called them afterward to let them know. They kindly kept my jewelry items safe for 4 days until I was able to pick it up. I was so thankful and relieved. Kudos to the kind souls who went……
