“Beautiful mountain setting, horse pasture out front. Friendly, helpful staff. Had to figure out why wi-fy wasn't working. Had to bring our own Keurig. Couldn't get to streaming tv. Tiny kitchen, few dishes.”

“This was such a nice house! My son, husband and I stayed here for 3 days. It was great! There were condiments and so much stuff for us to use, which was nice coming from out of state and not wanting to buy all the things that we would just use a little of. The place smelled so clean and fresh! They were great about communication every step of the booking and check in. We plan on coming back with my other family members next time. There was lots of extra room!”

“We stayed here while attending the New Manna Youth Rally at Ridgecrest. We found this be the perfect retreat for a wonderfully spiritual weekend. The home was secluded, peaceful, and free of the world's distractions. The home is well maintained, clean and fully accommodated with anything you could need. So much better than a Hotel. If there was a downside it would be the driveway leading up to the home. But that was a small price to pay for the wonderful stay we had. ”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The view from the deck is beautiful and there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We took full advantage of the outdoor amenities--lounging in the hammock on the deck, eating meals at the outdoor tables, and making s'mores around the fire (the solo stove is nice perk). The Shortoff Mountain trail is only a 10 minute walk from the house and provides spectacular views of Lake James and the Linville Gorge. The……
