“We all had a great time. Love this area of North Carolina. Just had an issue with the cleaning crew. We arrived about 15 minutes before check in and the cleaning crew was still there. Since we were slightly early we drove around the area and came back at check in time. We waited for about 20 minutes for them to leave and finally went into the house. We were told that they still needed to finish vacuuming and to scrub the floors. We looked around told them to just finish vacuuming and not to……

“Property overall was well kept and nice inside enough for family get together and kids TV shows were available. Ample kitchen supplies for coffee, sodas, plates and bowls, etc. Not owners fault but it rained when we got there and Friday at Tweetsie Railroad. It stopped long enough to enjoy the rides and train ride.Please note it up a a moutain rode that due to weather was slick and of course at night was not well lighted.Very nice place, receptive owner, if questions were asked. “Nicely appointed small apartment. One bedroom and a murphy bed in the den/living room. Keurig and coffee maker. Good Wifi. Parking for Sugar Mountain is very close. We were able to get a parking spot right near the lodge because it is so close. Owners are great and explained things well and timely. Thanks for the great stay!”

“We stayed at this property for a ski trip over Presidents’ Day weekend. This modern A-frame was a beautiful setting for our group of friends.. I was cleaned and Modern fantastic amenities like a hot tub and the swings down below, which were very cool. The property was closer to other properties than we anticipated but in a very nice area. Cab property management company was very friendly and easy to reach and attentive to our needs. We will definitely rent from them again.! ”

“This house is truly just as pictured beautifully styled and updated inside and out. The layout is perfect for multiple families or friends with a full bath near all of the bedrooms and a family room that leads right into the kitchen with lots of island seating. The game room and hot tub were a huge bonus and the view from the balcony is georgeous. The location is just a couple of minutes to many restaurants and shops in Banner Elk and 15 minutes from Beech Mountain where we skied. The……

“Great location, 5 or so minutes to Banner walk or Beech Mtn. Kitchen well stocked, kids loved playing in the creek, check in/out process a breeze (5pm a little late but plenty to do in the area to pass time). 3rd bedroom does not have a door FYI, that and the fact that the king bed is not in the bedroom that has an attached bath are really the only things we would change. ”
