“The hotel was slightly above average only because the staff I interacted with were all amazingly friendly, accommodating, knowledgable, and helpful. That's where the "qvove average" ends. Issues: 1) As Hotels.com usually does feom my experience - they screwed up the reservation. I was traveling with a friend, requiring two queen beds, and this is what I booked thru Hotels.com. When we arrived, the hotel said that there wer only "king" rooms. Thankfully they accommodated us but I slept on an……

“This La Quinta is fantastic! So clean, staff was great, breakfast was good (and the staff person running it was helpful and friendly), super clean rooms and public areas. The pool and hot tub looked great, just wish we would have had time to use them. (Check out Tie & Timber Beer Co. and the good restaurants in the Rountree neighborhood, too - about 15 mins away.)Thanks so much!”

“This hotel was central for everything we were doing in Springfield. It was a good sized comfortable room which was quiet. We parked right by our entrance and i loved that there was an elevator and easy to find stairs. We will stay here again next trip.”

“Check in and check out were great. Fast and easy. Our room was clean and ready. We did have a couple issues with housekeeping. We had a 4 night stay. Our bed was only made once. We got clean towels every day but they forgot a bath mat. Also we ran out of kleenex. I took the box out and sat it on the counter so they would see it was empty. No kleenex at all. The box sat there for 3 days. Other than those few issues, our stay was pretty good. Breakfast was good also.”

“The stay was really good! We were on the third floor and it was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Stayed multiple days and they took care of the towels and all but would have liked to see the beds made. ”

“I have stayed here multiple times over the last few years and have always found the staff - from front desk to cleaning personnel to breakfast personnel - to be courteous and friendly and eager to help. The rooms are always clean. One suggestion would be to change up the breakfast menu every couple days. ”
