“We had stayed at this property many times years ago when it was a Residence Inn. This is the first time back under the MainStay Suites umbrella. The property has definitely gone down but still okay. Rooms are big, bed was comfortable, not the cleanest and a slight smell that wasn't the most pleasant but other than that, we would probably stay here again if doing some shopping at the Battlefield Mall. No breakfast options. It was nice to be able to walk to Big Whiskey's restaurant. The food,……

“The only issue we had was cops showed up and created alot of noise. Somebody and there family was arguing for good part of the night and we were there for only anout 5 hours. Just trying to get some sleep.”

“Clearly a labor of love for its creator. A century(?) old building turned into a boutique hotel, coffee shop, work space and meeting place. It a hidden gem that I would recommend to anyone visiting Springfield. Support the little guys and small businesses like this as well as the other businesses on Commercial St. In Springfield!”

“Great staff! Super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for us. Really nice breakfast. Very clean and modern. Convenient self check snack service. Very easy walkable access to downtown. Will stay here again!!”

“The hotel is beautiful and our room was well appointed. The staff was super friendly and responded quickly to a thermostat issue we had in our room. Our room was a V2 suite in the 2nd building. My only recommendation is that they add a covered walkway between the 2 buildings to protect from weather. ”

“Room design is good. Bathroom design is setup for two people. Good arrangement. I like the pullouts for putting your bathroom items. Toilet is too low. Should be seat height. Nice arrangement in shower for shampoo conditioner and body wash. ”

“It has been one of the nicest places I've stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing i will say is you have to pay to park and no one told us that. You have to scan a QR code in parking lot. For the price you pay it should be included, in my opinion. There were five groups of us and no one was told.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and all the staff we talked with were very nice! I would suggest maybe enhancing the breakfast options a bit, but we loved the pastries and coffee.”
