“Overall, our stay was OK. We came back to the room after eating on our second day to a saturated floor in our room. Went to service desk & they were going to send someone up, but no one ever came to check out the issue. Shoes & items were soaked with water from an unknown source. Breakfast was ok, but they ran out of juice & water, so there was nothing to drink. Fire & Ice was great! Housekeeping staff was extremely helpful & pleasant!”

“The fitness room left a lot to be desired! The bike was broken in two places on the screen and the equipment appeared to be stuffed into a room that was too small. The staff was great! Breakfast was good as well!”
