“This was one of the most enjoyable VRBO rentals we have ever had. The location was convenient, the house was clean (thanks Josie), the property team was responsive to minor requests (thanks Joseph), and the communication was top touch with daily text check-ins and near immediate response times to questions. “The property was as portrayed. A few housekeeping needs:Porch full of cobwebs, pillow and tables on deck not clean, 1 front porch light out, few bugs one dead in sink when we arrived. ”

“We were in town for a dance competition and this location checked every box. The cleanliness of the property and smooth check in was phenomenal. You are about 10 minutes from anything you need to do. We will be coming back soon! ”

“The condo was very comfortable.. the beds were firm and the checknin process was super easy.. The down side was there wasnt enough hot water for thevtub. The tub jets were filled with mold. There was a brokenbpllug under the rug and the fire place didnt work. Other than than everything was wonderful.. 4 stars out of 5.”

“Beautiful area and very nice home! Close into SDC and we didn’t have to go through town to get there. The biggest upset was the check-in process. It’s a gated community and there was some confusion on parking and obtaining a pass. Once obtained, the GPS is a bit sketchy, but when it was all figured out, we had a great time. ”
