“It’s a hotel, period. It was clean, check in was easy. My wife said it had a smell maybe musty it could have been me. For the price it was nice and close to the strip and food. The water was hot then next morning for some reason was not, then it was. I guess the pool will be available at a later date. Price might go up as well. It worked for a couple nights. Bed was comfortable, I slept well. I would stay again for the price, my wife may not. We will see if my damage deposit gets……

“This was our seventh stay at the cottage! Since our last visit, they had replaced the hot tub, the chairs outside, the chairs in the living room and a new refrigerator! “We were in town for the Charolais Junior National Show. This duplex was not too far from the Ozark Fairgrounds and was perfect for our stay. Very clean property. Property is close to downtown also. The owner was also great to work with. There was an issue the first night with a vehicle in our driveway but it was taken care of quickly. I know many people will come to town for stock shows and this place was perfect. If we come back to Springfield for a show, I hope to stay here. ”
