“The room is very nicely arranged and I really like that the couch is a kind of material that can be wiped off. Very well thought out space. Very short stay. Did not use the desk, dining counter, or kitchen space. The TV in our king room is hung in an awkward position, and is too large in the space it is in. So it doesn't angle correctly for watching in bed. It was also crooked, making it look precarious, but it seemed secure. The bed is very firm. Neither myself, nor my companion, slept well……

Issues: 1) As Hotels.com usually does feom my experience - they screwed up the reservation. I was traveling with a friend, requiring two queen beds, and this is what I booked thru Hotels.com. When we arrived, the hotel said that there wer only "king" rooms. Thankfully they accommodated us but I slept on an……

It a hidden gem that I would recommend to anyone visiting Springfield. Support the little guys and small businesses like this as well as the other businesses on Commercial St. In Springfield!”
