“The hotel is beautiful and our room was well appointed. The staff was super friendly and responded quickly to a thermostat issue we had in our room. Our room was a V2 suite in the 2nd building. My only recommendation is that they add a covered walkway between the 2 buildings to protect from weather. ”

“I found my room to be immaculate and always smelled good whenever I walked in. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and friendly. I also noticed how hard they worked. I also liked the modern/simplistic design throughout the hotel. ”

“The only issue we had was cops showed up and created alot of noise. Somebody and there family was arguing for good part of the night and we were there for only anout 5 hours. Just trying to get some sleep.”

“I was a little skeptical when booking because of the low price of a suite. I mean, we all know the pictures are always way better than in person. I was completely caught off guard when I opened the door to find a beautiful, clean two story room. The two king beds were quite comfortable and did I already mention that it was clean? It a hidden gem that I would recommend to anyone visiting Springfield. Support the little guys and small businesses like this as well as the other businesses on Commercial St. In Springfield!”

“It has been one of the nicest places I've stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing i will say is you have to pay to park and no one told us that. You have to scan a QR code in parking lot. For the price you pay it should be included, in my opinion. There were five groups of us and no one was told.”
