“I was a little skeptical when booking because of the low price of a suite. I mean, we all know the pictures are always way better than in person. “This hotel was central for everything we were doing in Springfield. It was a good sized comfortable room which was quiet. We parked right by our entrance and i loved that there was an elevator and easy to find stairs. We will stay here again next trip.”

“Check in and check out were great. Fast and easy. Our room was clean and ready. We did have a couple issues with housekeeping. We had a 4 night stay. Our bed was only made once. We got clean towels every day but they forgot a bath mat. Also we ran out of kleenex. I took the box out and sat it on the counter so they would see it was empty. No kleenex at all. The box sat there for 3 days. Other than those few issues, our stay was pretty good. Breakfast was good also.”
