“orignally, my fiance was told they couldn't find the reservation on either his or my name. However, that changed as soon as I walked in, gave my name, all of a sudden they found it. Then they told me they needed a card to charge for the room, since the card on file was "only to protect the reservation"... um what? so while i was trying to fix the issue, the desk person decided to speak over me and my mil, who I was on the phone with and I had to tell her to please be quiet. “The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”
