“I arrived on a late flight and I was upgraded to stay at the Crowne Plaza . From the moment I arrived found all staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotels are only a short walk from Terminal 1 and as a solo traveller I was so pleased that they were so close. I have booked to return to this hotel when I will next arrive late evening at the airport. Many thanks ”

“The staff is very impolite. The room is small. The bed and pillows are too soft and not comfortable. Won’t go again”

“Hotel is good except the towels have some weird smell and some marks which could not be washed (could have thrown them away but still used for guests) Breakfast is good but they let guests use spoon to take the tea leaves out which looks a bit sanitary concern. Fran OJ is nice and they have water for guests to fill in at the lobby is great. Staffs are friendly. The staff working in supplying breakfast is exceptionally efficient!! ”

“Already mentioned about my late arrival time and never tell me airport shuttle will not be served after 10:30pm . Told me can arrange a reliable taxi to pick up for late arrival . In fact , I took a taxi at arrival and paid €32 for a less than 5 mins ride . If I’m told no shuttle for late arrival before, I will change other hotel . ”
