“货不对办，订三人有起居屋223平方尺，入住是不能加床的双人房在路边加一張极细的床，双人床没路行去厕所，只剩房咭宽度的路，要挎過单人床，夜晚起身去厕所极不安全，没逃生路，非常危险。投诉没門，只能交消委會。”

“Amazing staff, great service, very clean and well kept. Just be aware there’s no bathroom door and the washroom and toilet share the same sliding door. At the time of my stay April 2025 there’s active construction in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.”

“Lovely hotel with beautiful location on the lake. It's a bit outside on Montreux, but they kindly provided free bus travel which runs every 10 minutes from a bus stop right outside the hotel. Rooms and breakfast were all lovely. There is also a pleasant lounge area and outdoor terrace. A good tip is to take the bus from the hote about half way to town and alight at Clarens-Basset. From there there is a promenande all the way into town whuch is a lively 45 minute walk. ”
