“Loved this hotel. The location was fantastic as was the bar and restaurant. Desk clerk, waitress, bartender etc. was very friendly and service was perfect. ”

“This was the perfect location for a family when our goal was to go for skiing. It was a 5 minute drive which meant we could just drop and pickup the skiers. The two bedroom and two bath was huge and perfect for a family of 4. My favorite part was that it felt like staying at a home rental with the convenience of a hotel. A check in/check out desk, community room, large property with amenities. ”

“Was surprised that the charge for the room went to my credit card the night that I check in was more that the bill on check out. Also, the bill for check out had the wrong address. The desk clerk was not much help in resolving.”

“This was our second time staying here with our family. We really enjoyed the comfortable rooms and being able to bring our furry family members.”

“Great property. Very walkable to all restaurants and shops. Stayed in the Tarheel Suite. Its was clean and nicely decorated. Only complaint is below us woke us up in the morning with slamming doors and talking loud. Not sure if its a common area or maybe cleaning. Other than that its a nice place to stay and we will be back with our pup. ”

“Always enjoy our stays at Chetola. It's a great resort. Some of the condos, including this one, really need some updating. Probably hasn't been updated in over 20 years, cracked tiles, things that don' work, etc. Would have given a complete 5 stars if they would do some maintenance and updating. Resort is great, but this condo needs some work. ”

“Inn is on the National Historic Landmark list. Main house has wonderful character and charm. We had a room on the third floor with a small gas stove. They also have a restaurant and the food was outstanding. We expect to come back many times. Staff was friendly. ”
