“We stayed there for six nights. The room is reasonably clean and most things worked. However, the room was not cleaned after the first night. There was no button panel at the room where we could ask to clean the room. It was ok for two days. Then the rubbish bin became full and the floor a bit dusty. “Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“Great hostel in Alkmaar. I arrived by train and everywhere is walkable in town. Small room but you have everything needed. Small Kitchen to share on the floor. But no soundproof. Recommend to visit Kennemerpark!”

“Bikes were hired, chargers borrowed, nice breakfasts, goodchoice of restaurants and bars nearby. Tulip fields, beacg and Texel Island all accessed by bike.”

“Check in is remote, if you don’t have wifi (service) you won’t be able to get in. Customer service also can’t be reached if you have no connection, luckily the business next door was open and they granted us access to their wifi. There are few dining options near by but there is a small convenience store next door. The location is perfect to visit Zaanse Schans. It would be great if you could rent a bike at this location.
