“This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!”

“If you want to cover Nainital by staying in Bhimtal then it is the best option. Hotel has ample parking space and it is located on the main road. Other aspects like food, cleanliness, rooms etc are also equally good.”

“Comfortable mattress hot shower in clean bathroom with great fast internet. The road is busy and bus and taxis stop outside. The best rooms are by the balcony over the road. Quieter rooms are at the back. Use a mobile out of hours and reception helps you. All staff helped the foreigners with kindness. Thanks ”
