“It was delightful. From the very moment I walked through the doors, how courteous they truly are. They work with you.i love that it’s pet friendly. They make you feel safe, seen and heard.i would definitely recommend this place to anybody. The pool was so warm and beautiful, it’s huge and there was not one person in there. “Check in was super easy, free indoor parking, rooms were spacious and clean. Location is amazing, water park is a 3 min walk from they hotel. The pool and hot tub were clean and not to packed. Some restaurants in the area like the Crystal Cafe for breakfast. ”

“Having a kitchenette is nice and it is spacious. Su[er clean. The pull out couch mattress was pretty thin and not in great shape, but not horrible. The ice maker in our freezer did not work which is a problem because, being a residence type hotel, there are no ice makers in the hallway. That being said, the hotel staff were quick to supply bags of ice and a repair man came very quickly to assess the situation. ”
