“A lovely hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. The food in the bar was excellent with good service. Easy walking distance to a good range of shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely relaxing spa facilities after a day out walking. Good central location for walkers. Accomodation was comfortable and clean. Would give it a higher rating than 3 star. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.”

“Clean and simple solo room, no fuss and ideal for what was needed for a single night stay. Bed was a bit creaky but comfortable none the less! I didn't have breakfast. The only minor headache was nobody being around initially when I went to check in abour 8.30pm, and phone signal wasn't good to get hold of anyone. “I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀”
