“They canceled on us a few days before our check in day. We had to get another property further away from the family we were seeing. It was not convenient. The new place had air conditioning problems and we had no time to call because we were busy to get it fixed. It should have been fixed before we got there. ”

“Did not rate 4 star because I had issues with the washer. I initially contacted mgmt., and they sent over maintenance and he told me that if it happens again, i need to turn on the switch in the breaker. Apparently, when you use the washer, it trips the breaker. It had to been done multiple times during one wash- took time from our stay to do loads. However, its a BEAUTIFUL place! Well kept! Management was quick to respond. Great place!”

“Loved our stay at the Trout Street Condos. Excellent location and wonderful people at both the Trout Street Bar and Grill and the Silver Sands Vacation Rentals. A couple little hiccups were immediately taken care of. Highly recommend. ”
