En général j'étais satisfait mais pas plus, cette fois j'ai ressenti beaucoup plus, un grand changement à tous les niveaux ,il y a du avoir un changement dans la direction? Dès l'entrée je pense avoir été accueil par le directeur, qui à toute suite demander qu'on m'aide pour mes bagages, grand sourie à l'accueil, chambre prête avant l'heure d'arriver, personnel d'étage prévenant et agréable. “Bien recu par le directeur de L hotel , Le - moins : Chambre non climatiser, al9rs que cest Indispensable, l'information remonter aucun suivie. Trop de moustique prévoyez crème et antimoustique. Petit dejeuner pas terrible . Neanmoins vous dormez au calme.”

“The front desk staff went beyond their duties to make me feel at home. The rooms are basic but very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is in a good location for visiting many of the sights . Definitely will stay there again when next time in Oran.”

“booked 4 rooms, but ready for only 3rooms...and took more than 20mins to check another room. 1room...room card was not working(Card&Key both) and it took more another 20mins to try to open door, and finally change the room....took 40mins to check in...”

“Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings.”

“Nice, comfortable, very clean hotel, just a short distance from the center of town and sights of interest. Staff were friendly and helpful, but perhaps not entirely accustomed to dealing with tourists. Wi-fi in the rooms wasn't as strong as it could have been. Overall, though, a good choice.”
