“Very nice young woman checked me in. Very congenial and helpful. She was able to accommodate me with a first floor suite, as I brought my 75# pup and it’s easier to get her in and out from first floor. This is our second stay while driving back and forth from MA to FL, and we give it 5 stars!”

“Clean, no-frills establishment. Super hospitable staff. Bed was comfy. Breakfast selection was minimal, but again, very clean area. We will stay there again. ”

“Was given wrong key code number to unlock front door. Then couldn't reach anyone for help. Never got into the house and had to find another place to stay at the last minute. ”

“The house has very nice accomodations. The place was clean and as described. The only complaine i have are the matresses in the bedrooms on the second floor were not comfortable. Other than that a very nice house.”

“My wife and I stayed in Fayetteville for a family event. Fayetteville looks like a poor town with nothing to do unless you drive for a couple of hours in any direction. The house itself was nice however it needs some upkeep. The master bath toilet seat could be replaced. The beds could use new mattresses. We had a rough time trying to sleep. The neighborhood seems quiet and safe. The a/c made a lot of noise every time it came on and it's right by the master bedroom window. The kitchen had most……

“The property was quite clean and the contact Kim was quite accessible. We all loved the homey feeling. It was good to have the house rules clearly stated in the family room. We wished that we were told that once we pressed the button on the keypad, the alarm would be armed. I would recommend this property and i would stay again. ”
