“We had been on a road trip and this was the last of 4 hotels we stayed at. By far, this was the best experience. The room was great, the staff was great and the breakfast was one of the best ever. Thank you!!”

“I always stay here when visiting my mom in Schenectady and the front desk is always so helpful, patient and kind. Huge thanks to Colin for his warm reception. Manager covering during check out could use some of the hospitality training from the other staff. The room was clean but toiletries need to be freshened up as most are out but i bring my own so had it wasnt a dire need. Rooms are clean, bed pillows should be changed, pretty small and flat for a king size bed. Overall a good stay.”

“I enjoyed this stay from the moment I walked in. The energy of staff and establishment was beautiful. They accommodated every need and were very understanding. The food was amazing and so was the service. Everything about here gives relaxation and family friendly. 10/10. Seriously. I would love to give a great thanks to overnight staff and morning staff as they were so nice and were ready to assist any way possible. I will definitely keep this as a gem for future stays ! ”

“I stayed one night after my husband had surgery at Albany Medical Center. The hotel is very convenient and I was just expecting a place to shower and sleep after a very long day. However it was way more than that. I was a distracted mess by the time I checked in and Denzel at the front desk was kind and patient. I had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel. Everything was clean and I appreciated the refrigerator in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. ”
