“The property itself wasn’t terrible but was not ideal either. It is tightly sandwiched between several mobile homes, lending itself to loud neighbors. The boat ramp is NOT accessible for motorized boats as the water is too low - only discovered after getting our boat stuck 50 yards out, pushing it back by hand, and damaging the motor. The check in email didn’t arrive until I called several times to figure out arrival and they differed from instructions provided from the POC. When we arrived……
